I had that issue earlier in the week. What I did was bring up my blog, clicked sign out. Closed my blog, brought up my blog again and clicked on Sign In which then took me to my dashboard. It worked for me.

Try UNchecking the box marked 'keep me signed in'. Someone else suggested that to me, and it seems to work. Blogger has been very frustrating lately!!
Sorry you are having such difficulties!! I haven't posted in so long, I don't know if the problems extend to me, too. Should probably try.
I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time trying to get in blogger, I have heard alot of complains about it this days though
I can't sign into my blog either. I did go to another laptop I own with old processor and was able to sign into my blog. Now my newer laptop allows to post comments.
I hope it's fixed soon. I've searched and searched Blogger Help but can't find the answer to fix.
