Cindy Lou Who "Naked" ?

The name of the pattern: Schnibble's "Cindy Lou Who"
Naked because: She's not quilted or bound yet

I'm thinking I'd like to add some embroidery in the snowflakes but I don't want to "over-do" her. And if I just meander, what color thread would I use? I don't know if you can make it out, but the white has red and green miniature specs in it with tone on tone stars.

Decisions, decisions, decisions...How will I dress Cindy Lou Who?

BTW - can you tell hubby is traveling....I already have a top put together and I'm not talking my shirt...LOL

Your Cindy Lou Who turned out beautifully. She was a tough one to decide on quilting. Mine had a navy border with a little bit of gold. I started quilting with gold color thread, but then ripped it out. Hope you find a thread you will be happy with.

Your top turned out great. I don't know how I would "dress" her. That is always the hardest part. I know what ever you decide will look great though :)

Which Cindy Lou is nekky, you or the quilt? LOL

I'd use a light color in the main part, and red in the border. It's gorgeous!

Cute Cindy Lou! My fabric choices were so loud that I just did loopy quilting, you have lots of places for some stitching or embroidery. :-) Have fun!

Oh my, it's adorable!! How about a snowflake quilting design (machine embroidery) in the white blocks?? I did that on a quilt of mine (tone on tone) and I loved it. Then you can just stitch in the ditch on the other blocks and stipple the borders. Whatever you decide, it's just the cutest quilt ever! :-)

As a hand quilter I see those empty spaces filled with pretty quilting motifs. I'm no help with the embroidery thing LOL.

ANOTHER ONE!!!!! You are a tazmanian devil in the sewing room. Nothing can stop you!!!!

Your naked quilt looks fantastic. I am the last one to ask how to dress her. I am sure whatever you decide it will be fantastic.
